Friday Ramblings
By: Thomas | August 28th, 2009Important stuff first: Landon Donovan doesn’t want to come to PSG after all, and no one wants Rothen anymore.

Since I’m still relatively new here and getting to know all of you, I wanted to write a post talking about what teams you support, besides PSG of course, as well as your least favorites. I’ll start:
Favorites:
International: France and Sweden, the latter to a much lesser extent.
Ligue 1: PSG is obviously my favorite, but I like everyone. Yell at me or call me a traitor if you like but I don’t have a problem with Marseille. I actually admire several of their players.
La Liga: Barcelona
Premier League: Arsenal
Bundesliga: I don’t have a favorite.
Serie A: ditto.
Least Favorites:
International: Italy and Germany, the latter to a lesser extent (again).
Ligue 1: I don’t really dislike any team, but my least favorite would have to be Lorient. (It’s not just because of this)
La Liga: Real Madrid
Premier League: Liverpool, Tottenham.
Bundesliga: Bayern.
Serie A: AC Milan, Roma.
I look forward to reading all of yours in the comments!

Paris FC? As in the National side? If so, how did you come to be a fan of them?

Favourite N teams: India, France. Like African teams because of their closeness to France.
Club teams: I like Marseille the best. Then I support big city teams who can sustain the success for longer term and bring world glory to Ligue 1. Outside of France I like Arsenal.
Seattle Sounders are my local team and I support them. We create a great atmosphere at Quest Field. Visit us someday!

I like the underdogs, and Paris FC is the underdog side in Paris…therefore I became a fan. I love the level of play as well in those lower leagues too.

Butelle is really an awful keeper. Lille will be soo much better with Landreau.

Back to your Paris FC stuff, I only am able to watch the highlights from their website. Read a little of their match reports and that is about it. Still, they have a good 10 minutes of highlights, not just goals.

I saw that. It’s not definite yet, and if he goes it’ll be on loan.
