Ansering your question about Tardelli and Paulo Sérgio, all I can say is that Tardelli shows a lot of potential, but he doesn't have discipline. Paulo Sérgio has a lot to prove. He scored only 3 goals and I can't remember of him startim a game. He is involved on a transfer that will bring Vandinho to Flamengo and Paulo Ségio will go to Avaí. I don't think this will be a definitely exchange. It will be more like an experience for him to improve his skills. I don't see him as a great player.
