Ludovic Giuly?

La Ville lumière seems to be gathering steam as a litany of reports are heralding the return of Ludovic Giuly to France. The diminutive winger, who split ten seasons between Monaco and Lyonnais, has been gathering a bit of dust at Roma and keen to return to first team action. While thirty-two years of age he has still shown a high degree of marksmanship and would be an extraordinary acquisition for the club. His agent Alain Migliaccio has revealed he is in negotiations with PSG’s Charles Villeneuve and I am hopeful to see this deal completed.

  I can’t wait, out of the aging players we’ve been in talks with (Giuly, Thuram, Makelele) Giuly is the sexiest pick. He could be a really great influence on guys like Sakho and Bourillon.

  i’d love to see him back in L1, but with my luck he’ll score the winner against ASM in week 1.

  He would be a great acquisition. Together with Rothen PSG can maybe recreate magic of 2004. But PSG badly needs some experienced players.
