Mateja Kežman leads PSG to victory in Coupe de France

Mateja Kežman lead PSG to a 3-0 victory against Ajaccio GFCO in the Coupe de France. With the back drop of petite Stade Ange Casanova, the home side put forth a brilliant effort and held pack the Ligue 1 club for much of the match. The fourth-division side were broke through at the twenty-fourth minute as Guillaume Hoarau and Clément Chantôme provided Mateja the opportunity and the Serbian international quickly gave the Parisians the lead. With strong home support behind them, Ajaccio held PSG back before the hour mark when Ludovic Giuly set up Mateja for his second mark on the score-sheet. Only seven minutes later Sammy Traoré and Stéphane Sessegnon link up with the veteran defender making it 3-0. The match concluded without incident and PSG headed home with a fine victory and into the next round.

PSG returns to Lique 1 action next week against Caen.
