Even with Guiza there I'm sure he they could still find playing time for him so he can make an impact. I'd like to see PSG get him because I'm a Ligue 1 fan but I dont think it would be the best move for him to make. After the Thuram (?), Makelele and Guily arrivals, this would certainly be an excellent additon in the attack, which PSG certainly needs. As for Kežman, he is a typical goalscorer - doesen't play spectacular, doesen't play attractive, but he simply scores when you need him to. He didn't do pretty well in Chelsea and Atletico, but in a weaker league that is Eredivisie, he was the best goalscorer three seasons in a row. So, who knows how well he would fare in France, PSG is definetely taking a risk with signing him, but the outcome in the end could actually be superb for both parties (and the Serbian NT, of course).
