on team unity
By: j | July 17th, 2008
Echoing the words veteran of defender Sylvain Armand, the notable changes this July is the positive role of team unity. While last season, the club was diseased with the viral spread of independence and lack of commitment, this team is quickly working hard to integrate newcomers such as Stephan Sessegnon and Guillaume Hoarau in a positive team work environment. Certainly before the doldrums of the season, particularly when losses are piling-up, staying positive as a cohesive unit is one of the most challenging problems a coach will face. However tempo and work-rate are visibly improved within present practices as the squad is exhibiting a renewed commitment. Yet possibly most notable is the lifeblood of optimism, of success through hard-work, that Paul Le Guen has successfully imparted to-date. A very promising start.
