Pierre - you’re correct. It is a fascinating group and defending will be the key.

The only way they get out of this group if is they throw their best lineup out there for every match and they aren’t gonna be doing that so looks like they’re screwed.

I think facing Schalke will be a challenge. Manchester City has got good offense but their defense can be exploited.

Twente and Racing will be visiting Paris and that means good chance for 3 points. If PSG can get anything out of the Manchester and/or Schalke games I think they should be in good shape to qualify.

its all about mentality, if they really want win this cup, i believe they can do it. but they are always cautious of doing, too much focus on uefa cup, and they will slip to bottom of ligue 1

I think this is the most interesting and toughest overall groups in the draw. However the present PSG defensive tactics are suited towards European competition. Schalke is likely to be the most difficult as they are very sound defensively and I expect Twente to emerge as they understand Steve McClaren’s system. If Man City shores up its defensive lines and plays more disciplined they are capable of advancing. Can’t wait for this to get started.
