PSG v Le Mans match preview
By: j | December 6th, 2008Paul Le Guen welcomes Le Mans to Parc des Princes with PSG looking to rebound after last weeks disappointing loss to Stade Rennais. A victory would catapult the Parisians in a tie with Bordeaux, five points behind perennial champion Olympique Lyonnais but their efforts will be severely challenged with a series of problematic injuries. Both Stéphane Sessegnon and Fabrice Pancrate are facing pre-match fitness tests but from early reports should not be expected. Le Mans rebounded from their defeat to Monaco the week before to upending Caen 2-0 last week but will be without Frederic Thomas, Thorstein Helstad and most likely Anthony Le Tallec.
I will report on the match as it concludes.
