By: j | January 1st, 2009A variety of sources are reporting that relegation threatened West Brom of the Premier League have had their efforts to attract PSG’s twenty-nine year-old strike Péguy Luyindula rejected. While unsubstantiated at this time apparently the offer was in the €2.3m region with PSG looking for nearly three-times the amount for the veteran. With the club already quite thin at striker and Paul Le Guen preferring the use of veterans, it is highly unlikely that they will allow any departures without considerable fight.
